Some of the things that make us great as a house is the responsibility we keep for the residents we have. As recovery has taught in most of us our main goal is the comfort and safety of the people that reside in FAR House.
Along with the responsibility pledge that each new resident must sign and abide by there is also a relapse prevention protocol. Our house manager, Jake and the two program directors, Jay and Dustin, have been Narcan Certified since the inception of the house and follow a strict protocol when dealing with a resident relapse. We have also teamed up with different rehabs and facilities that can better assist a resident should a relapse occur during their stay.
We are dedicated as a group to the health and well being of our residents from the time of entry to their experiences after living at the FAR House. We are dedicated to our resident's recovery and their well being during their stay at the FAR House. Our relapse policy is to acknowledge the problem at hand and find an immediate solution. Attached to this section is the ledger for the FAR HOUSE responsibility statement as well as the Relapse Protocols and information we require of our residents upon moving in.
